Why Sports and Wellness?
For me, sport has never been just a game. It’s where I learned about discipline, resilience, and the power of marginal gains.
As a teenager, I swam competitively, pushing myself through endless training sessions, learning how to chase milliseconds of improvement.
As an adult, I spent five years coaching youth football, understanding what makes a team excel—not just talent, but relentless focus, adaptability, and execution.
But it’s not just about performance. It’s about well-being.
In 2023, I faced my toughest challenge. After years of building my career, I moved my family to New Zealand to pursue a dream. Instead, I hit a breaking point—a mental health crisis that forced me to walk away from my career, move back to the UK, and lose over £100K in the process.
It was then that I was diagnosed with ADHD—something I had unknowingly battled my whole life. Suddenly, everything made sense: the drive, the obsession, the need to optimize everything I touched.
That’s why Black Oveja Marketing exists.
